Fixed Schedule
GymKraft Vietnam's Schedule will remain consistent throughout the Term.
We prefer students who have signed up for the Term.
If the student needs to change their schedule or transfer class for the next Term, please inform the admin as soon as possible so we can rearrange their enrollment accordingly.
Reserve the slot for your child who is taking a break
If your child is absent for 4 weeks or more, GymKraft will not keep a slot for them. Parents must pay 500,000 for each child every month to reserve their slot.
If parents do not choose to pay the above charge, you can contact the admin to re-register your child after the break.
Single-CLass classes
GymKraft cannot promise that there will always be space for children to take single-class classes. If there are any remaining slots, children can enrol and parents must pay immediately after the lesson.
Please request the class schedule for your child at least 18 hours before the desired class and wait for the admin to check and send confirmation to you.
