Payment
Payment after receiving notification from admin
Parents only pay once you receive confirmation from admin. Please do not calculate Term fee payments or send payments without official notification from us.

Time for providing tuition fee notification & payment deadline (in effect from Term 2)
Parents will receive a payment reminder in the last 3 Weeks of the current Term to pay for the next term. Please notify GymKraft if your child is unable to attend any classes during the Term. GymKraft will deduct those classes when you submit the payment invoice.
The term fee payment has to be made in full before the term commences. This is to ensure that you or your child retains the desired slot. Failure to do so will result in giving the slot to those on the waitlist.
If the parent cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification and does not pay, GymKraft will suspend training and reserve the slot for other students.
If parents request a VAT invoice, please notify the admin. In case there are additional costs from the invoice, parents, kindly pay this additional fee.
No refunds after payment in any form
If parents want to transfer/dispose of the course, parents must do it themselves and report the information to the admin. Maximum 1-time transfer.
If the child misses class for an unexpected reason after payment, GymKraft will allow for make-up classes.
Make-Up Policy
After making the Term payment
If the child is absent from class for personal reasons, parents must notify the admin before the class or within 24 hours after the class takes place. If the admin does not receive notification within this time, the make-up class will not be valid.
Make-Up class expiration date
30 days from the day the child is absent (Example: The child is absent on 9 January 2025 so the make-up class expiration date is 9 February 2025.) If the child cannot arrange a make-up class within the timeframe, the make-up class will no longer be valid.
Please note that make-up lessons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of benefit. Make-up classes cannot be deducted from the tuition fee for the next Term payment.
Make-Up class schedule
Make-up classes will be arranged on weekends. If the child's class schedule is on weekends, the admin will arrange the make-up classes on weekdays.
For children practising at City Garden, GymKraft supports make-up classes at the Gym, 180/75 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh

Siblings Discount
10% discount on tuition fees for the second child, 15% discount for the third child.
Refferral Discount
Parents who introduce a new student to join a trial session (the student does not need to register for the course) will receive a free lesson for their child.
